Hi children!!

How are you? Last Wednesday we had great fun, dancing and making a snowman with cotton.
You  prepared a dance with the Jingle Bell Rock music. We discovered Pablo is a great dancer. Here you have the link of the song in case you want to rehearse the dance at home.

We did a snowman with cardboard, crayons, markers and cotton. Thery were all beautiful. My favourite one was Adrian's he used really nice colours.

The teacher read Lucia's book to the children. The title of the book was " Big sister, little sister"

WEEKS 9 AND 10

Dear parents and children,

First of all I would like to apologise for not having written and entry last week. I was ill with a throat infection.

During our ninth lesson we learnt about feelings with the help of 9 froggies. A child did the mimics and the rest of the class had to guess the feeling he/ she was representing. For example, angry or scared.
We learnt the name of different items of clothing playing a memory game. We sang our favourite songs and did the actions.

Last Monday we learnt the different body parts. We did a drawing game to practise the bodyparts, we revised numbers 1-20 and played memory games. We listened to some Christmas carols and talked about the toys the children want for Christmas.

WEEK 8

Hi children!

How are you? Did you have a nice week?
During our last lesson we revised nearly everything we learnt since the beginning of the course. We did activities about farm and wild animals, we played a memory game to revise our toy vocabulary, we made a game about clothes.
We played with the puppets learning the different characters that appear in a story and learnt even more animal names.

We learnt the different shapes: circle, triangle, rectangle and pentagon. We completed

- Triangles have 3 sides.
- Squares and rectangles have 4 sides.
- Pentagons have 5 sides.

Next week we'll start preparing a song for Christmas.

WEEK 7

Dear kids,

Sorry for the delay. Last week we had a quite interesting lesson. We revised the vocabulary we need to use to speak about our families and did some listening activies.
You helped your teacher making the cards to play a new game called Memory. You were great helpers, thank you very much.

We practised the toy vocabulary  playing Memory in 3 teams, I think you enjoyed it very much.
We learnt a new song "If you are happy and you know it"  and did the actions, I leave you the link so you can practise at home.

Hi kids!

How are you? Did you have a good time in Halloween?
Last Wednesday we learnt a lot of vocabulary about toys. We practised our listening skills and asking and answering questions.

We did some Halloween activities, a wordsearch and a colouring exercise. We also watched some short and scary videos. For the Olympic games we played a new game to help us revise the classroom vocabulary.

Maria behaved very well and helped other children.

Dear children!

How are you? Are you preparing your Halloween costumes?

Last Wednesday we had a very interesting lesson. We started studying the Family and learnt a lot of vocabulary with the Flashcards. You have a very good ear for English!

We played with the finger puppets and sang your favourite songs. We revised vocabulary about animals and colours playing games.

At the end of the lesson you did beautiful drawings of your family.

Hi children!

How are you since last Wednesday?

During our class we learnt, sang and did the gestures of the Head shoulders, knees and toes song. You are very good dancers!
We coloured some pictures while we practised answering to questions like " Is it a cat?" " No, it isn't it's a dog." We continued practising the numbers with a game and watched some musical videos.
Nearly at the end of the class we watched a 5 minute episode of Peppa Pig.

Hello kids!

During our last lesson we had great fun playing BINGO and revising the numbers 1-20. We sang the Five Fat Sausages song and learnt how to answer in a negative way to simple questions.
Ainhoa and Luna behaved very well and learnt plenty of things.

Hello everybody!

During our first lesson we met our friends the soft toy animals, we revised the numbers and told the rest of the class our name and how old we were.

We had a great time singing and playing for the Olympic Games. Everybody worked hard and got a lot of points.
